retinotopy parameters were:
checkerboard 100% contrast reversing at 6HZ; stimulus extent is the central 15 degrees of the visual field.

Rings: whole stimulus comprises 8 concentric rings each subtending 1.875deg ; 3 annuli are visible at any given time; over 8 steps of 4.5 sec each, the ring expands from the central 3 rings outwards; stimulus cycle 36s; 7 repretitions per scan
Wedges: 24 wedge sectors (radial frequency 12Hz), 6 of whihc (90 deg sector of stimulus) visible at any one time; over 24 steps of 1.5 sec each the stimulus progresses for the upper-left visual quadrant in a counter clockwise direction; stimulus cycle 36s; 7 repretitions per scan

'Helmholtz' stimuli:
A 'stack' of horizontal lines was presented to one visual field while vertical lines were presented to the other visual field. Stimuli were equidistant from fixation. Four different stimulus conditions; 'standard' square stimulus size was 6.6 x 6.6 deg

PhysHLeft - Physically identical, horizontal left: the bounds of the two stimuli are identical, covering the same physical amount of visual space; this should give the percept of a taller (horizontal) stimulus in the left visual field.

PhysHRight- Physically identical, horizontal right: the bounds of the two stimuli are identical, covering the same physical amount of visual space; this should give the percept of a taller (horizontal) stimulus in the right visual field.

PerHLeft - Horizontal in left visual field, but now the width of the horizontal stimulus is adjusted to the PSE of the individual subject; vertical stimulus in right visual field unchanged.

PerHRight - Horizontal in right visual field, but now the width of the horizontal stimulus is adjusted to the PSE of the individual subject; vertical stimulus in left visual field unchanged.

GLM outputs:

betas1.nii.gz - PhysHLeft
betas2.nii.gz - PhysHRight
betas3.nii.gz - PerHLeft
betas4.nii.gz - PerHRight
betas5.nii.gz - Baseline (mean luminance background)
